While Amy has over twenty-five years of experience working in public, private, and not‐for‐profit sectors; she has now taken the leap into small business entrepreneurship
with an online boutique for women.

Amy has always had a flair for fashion and enjoyed following clothing trends. She understands which trends will and won’t work for most people. Additionally, she knows
the value of a dollar and has at times in her life, been forced to be very thrifty – such as when she was a single mom for nine years. Therefore, her focus for the boutique is to
curate clothing that is trendy, affordable and high quality.

Amy and her husband, Shawn, are a blended family. Combined, they have three boys, Peyton, Cain, and Mason. Amy has always loved being a boy mom and is a mama bear at times – both to them and for them. The latest additions to the family are two more boys - her fur baby rescue cats, Bear and Blaze, who are brothers.

Amy has never shied away from hard work. She has worked in some capacity since she was sixteen years old. She has worked for two governors of Arkansas, and currently works full time while building a thriving business.

The name Ruby Stone represents more than just a clothing business.

Proverbs 3:15 says “She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare
with her.”

The word “stone” has several meanings and references in the Bible, one of which is truth.

The core value of Ruby Stone is to be a forum where women feel valued, welcomed, encouraged, and pointed to the truth – that they are loved. “Know Your
Worth” is the mantra that will continually be spoken and lived at Ruby Stone.

Psalms 46:5 “God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at the break of day.”

Jennifer and Amy first met through a women’s Bible study group and have remained friends for years. They were often roommates on girl’s trips because they are usually both early to bed and early to rise!

Jennifer is extremely talented and can figure out anything. She has an accounting degree, a juris doctorate, and is currently home schooling her girls while being a part-time model and bookkeeper for Ruby Stone. She also makes the world’s best banana pudding!

Jennifer is married to Jared, and they have three girls, Peyton, Laila, and Mika.

Haven and Amy have known each other since Haven began dating Amy’s son, Cain, back in 2017. The two hit it off instantly, and share an undeniable excitement for all things fashion. Amy often says how happy she is to have another woman in her sea of boys – especially on vacations!

Haven works in marketing and communications in addition to her part-time modeling for Ruby Stone. She is skilled at resourcing and finding the clothing that appeals to our younger customers.

Haven enjoys hanging out with friends, trying new restaurants, cooking, traveling, binge watching shows, and shopping.

Haven is one of the easiest people to be around, and she is beautiful on the inside and outside.

Alicia and Amy met in 2004 when they lived across the street from each other. Amy often says that she and Cain prayed for good neighbors with children when the house was for sale, and while that prayer was answered, God also gave her a special friend. Their families remain close to this day.

In addition to being a part-time woman’s size model for Ruby Stone, Alicia is an Executive Broker for the real estate branch she helped start, PorchLight Realty North Little Rock. She is “your realtor for life.” She knows everyone in town, and is respected for her work ethic, honesty, and loyalty. With over 17 years in the business, no wonder she has so many repeat customers.

Alicia is married to Bob and they have three children, Alexandria (SIL-Daniel), Victoria, and Jack. She is also Mimi to one grandson, Jed, who has stolen her heart!
